Service Description
For all first-time clients: a required quick in-home consultation before service begins. This allows me to walk through your space, understand your priorities, and assess the level of cleaning or organization needed. From there, I create a customized plan tailored specifically to your home and provide accurate pricing based on your space and needs. This ensures everything is clear, fair, and designed to give you the best possible results from the very first visit.
Cancellation Policy
At Ana’s Honest Cleaning, I am committed to providing reliable, high-quality service with clear expectations to ensure a smooth experience for every client. All appointments must be scheduled in advance, and pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of each home. Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins. I reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home requires additional time or work beyond what was initially discussed. To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. If entry is not possible upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
